Featuring mountain views, Ermida Gerês Camping provides accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a bar, around 10 km from Geres Thermal Spa. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the campground free of charge. A tour desk can provide information on the area. The guy in charge was very nice and always available to assist. The facilities have the basics - toilets, hot water showers and fireplace; the cabins are just for sleeping with bed and table/chairs. Everything was very clean and organised.

At the campground, units are fitted with a outdoor furniture, a TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with a fridge and kitchenware. We had the best location (view). Great staff, close to cafes, bars, and restaurants. The most incredible sunsets. Hope to make it back someday.

Offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, the property is located within 3.1 km of Sao Bento da Porta Aberta Sanctuary. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Canicada Lake. This cute little pod was exceptionally clean on our arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The cooking facilities were great, the water was hot and the shower really nice. The site is really close to many beautiful nature walks and great for exploring the nature park. It has a pool, which we didnt use, purely because we were out exploring, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 days here but wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in April which is "off season" so the site was quiet but the nearby restaurants and shop were open. The pod is very good value for money and would love to revisit. I would recommend to others
