Basecamp - Yala features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Yala, 15 km from Situlpawwa. Nilantha wpis an amazing guide and it was the main reason we booked his accomodation. I can reccomend to anyone to book a safari tour with him as a guide. He was very insightful, has a lot of knowledge of animals and nature in general. Has degree in biology and published various papers. Smart guy. The accomodation was a fun and unique experience.

Situated 15 km from Situlpawwa, Yala Wild House offers BBQ facilities, and accommodation in the wild with a patio and free WiFi. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Such a cool place in the forest, next to the owners own vegetable farm. The owner and his family cooked amazing meals and showed us around to a nearby lake and their farm. I even got to pet their puppies! The host arranged a safari Jeep run by his brother, and the safari was cool, saw elephants, crocodiles, leopard, deers and buffalos. I really liked the vibe at this place and the feeling of being in the wilderness. the beds were very comfy and everything was so clean. Really recommend!

Big Game - Yala by Eco Team is located on the edge of Yala National Parks, a 20-minute drive from the Katagamuwa park entrance. This tour was great. We stayed one night and did an afternoon safari and morning safari before leaving. The staff was excellent, tent was great, food was good and the safari exceeded expectations. we were lucky to see 3 leopards on the morning safari and many elephants.

Very friendly and thoughtful family. We feeling myself like at home. It's truth. Seems likes arrived to a parents, which very happy, that you came. The territory is interesting, the house is simple , but there are all needed facilities. It was good sleep at night, doesn't warm. Tasty and fresh food. And of course people, everyone! Thank you!
