No breakfast but bar served coffee and pastries. New build, very clean with attentive staff Half way between shopping street/harbours and the nearest sandy beach so a good location ( just off ring road). Near bus stop to travel to all southside beaches. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They organised car rental for us

Perfect location for exploring the island, close to the beach, tavernas and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning done every day. The owners was wonderful hosts, really kind and helpful.

September visit- Peaceful location, nice clean beaches, amazing swimming pool, awesome beach chairs, good breakfast, great firm bed and daily housekeeping, very clean, daily top up of fresh water and coffee capsules, plenty of towels (also beach towels included), excellent wifi, recommend to visit as a couple, not very family friendly (no playground, no kids amenities in room etc)

The Ostria was a pretty little hotel steps away from the beach. We were met with a smile at reception and although we were early, we were invited to use the amenities while we had a short wait for our room. Every day our room was meticulously cleaned which was a bonus with small children. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very clean and perfectly maintained. The daily breakfast was simple but adequate for our needs. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful little hotel that we would visit again.

Me and my family booked a triple room that was very clean, super big, close to Troulos beach with a nice view from balcony. What we loved about this accomodation was the cleanliness and positioning. Stairs are not as bad as are presented in other reviews. Of course, for the nice view you have to climb some stairs, but it keeps you fit after eating gyros

There are nice restaurants near by, a lot of parking places available on the property. You most likely need a vehicle to get around, even though the closest beach is about 10 min walk; or the bus station 15 is close. The rooms are very clean. We quite enjoy our stay. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room. Both the economy and the deluxe rooms were nice; both with kitchen.

Wonderful suites, very clean and tidy that have a personal hot tub at the balcony! Fantastic view and access to a beach across the road 👌 Owner made our feel like home by always being there when we needed him providing us with many recommendations, in addition he helped us book boat trips and a rent a scooter that was delivered right outside the hotel.

Very clean, spacious apartment in a great location in Skiathos town. A couple of minutes walk and you are on Pap street and 10 minutes to Megali Ammos beach. Mata and Sophia can not do enough for you!

Location was really good, lot of restaurants by walk, nice beaches close enought, city is also close by car or by bus. Room was very clean, old furniture, but clean.
