Good location, close to the Odori Park and within a walking distance to the subway. Convenience store, Komeda Cafe and a couple of restaurants are close to the hotel too. The hotel is modern, quiet and the check-in procedure is smooth. The room is a bit small, but similar to Japanese hotels in the same price range. It offers all the amenities needed for a short stay.

A poshtel! Nice communal space with lots of different areas to relax, and good wifi. Location is good - walkable from the station with bags and close to lots of good restaurants too. Convenience store just over the road. Each floor had showers and toilets, which were always very clean. Fully stocked showers with decent heat and water pressure. Beds were reasonably comfy and the curtain on each bunk is great. Ladders easy to get up / down.

The location was great, near Odori park, paid parking lot, public transport, convenience store. The room was very clean and the towels fluffy. The bathroom had nice soap and shampoo, with a shower-bath. You could also get extra amenities at the reception. There is a kettle and some tea and coffee. The price was very cheap for such a good location and clean hotel.
