I am very happy that we came in this place. The staff was very kind, place is so close to Como and twice cheaper than hotels in the city, if you have a car it's so easy to visit Como if you stay here. The place is quiet, there is a fridge, electric stove so you can cook whatever you want. You find plates, pots and all other things you need. Place is very nice, clean bathrooms and showers. If you want to visit Como but don't want to spend a fortune and stay closed in a hotel room this place is perfect. They even have a pool, unfortunately we came here late September so it was already closed.

It's a quiet area but also a few minutes walk to all good things in Como: lake and boat offices, funicular ride, city center, restaurants, shops, you name it. It is well equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay also. Very comfortable bed and fast wifi. Host is very responsive and also gives out a very useful guide so you can learn your way around Como. One of the best stays I had through Booking.com

Brilliant location in the old part of the city near the waterfront, easy to get to from the train stations only a short walk away. The entrance opens onto a beautiful square with a statue of Volta and lots of different restaurants. The staff were all excellent, especially the reception staff. My room despite only being a single room was spacious and bright, it was very clean and had a minibar with complementary water.
