With written materials in English and the use of technology (on-line translator) we communicated just fine. The location is perfect for exploring the mountain trails. The nice, comfortable and very clean room makes a good space for the night recovery. There are bikes available for rent, which are an added bonus and make a nice change in your options to explore the area.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and hospitable host. They have a community area with a dining room and kitchen, and an outdoor sitting area where you could also cook in a “bogracs” a stewpot if you are inclined to make Hungarian fish soup or goulash. You can park inside the gate of the house, well protected and convenient.

The owner really cares about the needs of his guests and has a friendly, open attitude. My room (and the whole building) was very clean and tidy. Good wifi, insect nets in the windows (which is not a standard everywhere!), tasty coffee in the kitchen. Spacious, beautiful garden with places to sit and relax.
