We spent a week in the apartment: it's very cosy, good shower, very clean, just renovated. It's 5 minutes walk to the long beatuful beach Victoria and 5-10 minutes to the old city if you go by bus. Good WiFi connection if you plan to work. Apartment is managed by service company, people are really helpful and ready to answer all your questions or request at any time. Highly recommended!

You’re in the La Vina neighborhood with the palm trees in the streets and it’s so beautiful. It’s also not far to the Cathedral, Mercado market, Parque Genoves and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us - decent blinds, fan, washing machine, toilet separate to bathroom, good view, very clean and light. We walked into Cadiz old town a few times as it was such a lovely stroll along the promenade. The bed was comfy, the bathroom great. good facilities in the sitting room with a fabulous tv. The balcony was a great size. The room was very clean on arrival. Nice to find spare bedding and towels available. The security of the apartment was very good. Nice touch was the host to leaving us a gift for our anniversary
