The host was communicative and had recorded videos exactly on how to find the keys and enter the apartment. The little details in the apartment like coffee, tea, utensils and kitchenware, everything was there so you could just stay. Great selection and plenty on offer for vegetarians. The staff make this hotel stand out amongst the rest. So friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff also very pleasant when they meet you in the corridors. But high praise needs to be given to the restaurant staff. Same staff serving breakfast and dinner!! But they are so friendly and professional given the long hours they work. Would definitely stay here again.SarahYoung couple
