Everything new. We really like the Design of the resort and we also loved that quiet. We extended one more night without any issues and we had the whole resort for ourselves. Just note that they not offer breakfast or lunch. You will find everything around 10 min driving distance. Definitely recommend that place if you looking for a relaxing and stylish place.

KhaoTao Homestay is a true gem! The house is inviting & breezy, my room was spacious and more than well equipped, down to a hair dryer, towels, a perfect air-con, and much more. The pool is perfect, the proximity to the beach is good. The house is located in a quiet area, you can just arrive and come down from any stress. For conveniance reasons I'd suggest to rent a scooter, if you want to access the many things to do in and around Hua Hin without calling a Grab/Taxi everytime.

The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. They greeted us with cold waters and fresh juice upon check in. They were accommodating with laundry and breakfast time. They let us borrow mats for the beach and helped us find parking for our motorbike. The guest room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and so clean! The shared bathrooms were also pristine and clean! We loved our stay so much. Favorite spot in Thailand!!!
