Its quiet, awesome matress and silent aircon. The owner and staff are really nice, and you get a breafast included. Best room I had in Thailand for this price, highly recommend.

They have a very beautiful Italian style courtyard and the facades. Also they have a nice coffee house in the middle of the courtyard which is very cute. They have a family tree of the house owners which is a very good hotel now. A stunning view to the river and some temples on the other bank of the river. The service was great, they are really welcoming! The only hotel I would recommend to stay in Phetchaburi.
