The place is brand new and high- standard, with spacious and well decorated rooms, the location is just a few steps from the beach and facilities are amazing. A special shout to Ms. Oii and the staff at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful. It will definitively become my go-to place for when I am in Pattaya.

The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. Situated 150 metres from Jomtien Beach, Thai Orchid Guest House features accommodations close to several international restaurants and the night market. Love it here! I extended my stay. No complaints. I'll be back!

We really loved this apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with one child. This is a nice and well equipped apartment. The staff was great to work with. I suspect we will come back next time we are in Thai.
