With Aquapark Tatralandia reachable in 300 metres, Maladinovo pri Liptovskej Mare offers accommodation, a restaurant, a bar, a garden and a private beach area. The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Penzion Fako is located in the quiet area, 3,5 km from the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš and 3 km from the Opalisko Ski Resort. A tennis court and free WiFi are available. Wow, what a find! Interesting location, a bus ride from the station and in a little community. The apartment is super and such good value with fantastic views of the mountains. Super quiet too (the owners ask for quiet after 10pm). I came without food but thankfully there is a big Billa supermarket a short walk away. The owners ask for cash payment so make sure you bring some!

Situated in Pribylina, 20 km from Strbske Pleso Lake, Rezort pri jazere Podbanské features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The place has wonderful surroundings, great to have breakfast outside in the morning sun with fish jumping out of the pond. Rooms was excellent, we had enough space and everything was very clean and newly done. Breakfast was great, on the weekend buffet style with many different options, on the workday as less people we had few options to choose from for the hot that they made for each guessed separately. We also booked spa for an hour, the area is also very new, great sauna, enough space to rest, there is also a jacuzzi, which had a little too hot water for our tastes. We heard people in winter also like to jump out to the snow as you can exit the area and walk around to the pond, etc. Overall excellent place and more affordable than other places around in High Tatry.

The location is simply perfect, right next to the slope nu. 10. Just a short ride down to lift A3 and to the center of the whole resort. It takes only a few steps from your own ski locker room to the slope. Absolutely perfect. There's a private sauna and jakuzzi for the 6 apartments in the building, can be booked in advance so you can use privately. Well equipped and clean, all facilites are good.

Gorgeous appartment, especially the bedroom in the loft. Very modern, nice finishes, comfortable furniture. Dinner at the restaurant was always very good, and the staff was very helpful (we had questions about the ski passes).
