The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

La Penzion Fako se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a 3,5 km del centro de Liptovský Mikuláš y a 3 km de la estación de esquí de Opalisko. Hay cancha de tenis y wifi gratis. Wow, what a find! Interesting location, a bus ride from the station and in a little community. The apartment is super and such good value with fantastic views of the mountains. Super quiet too (the owners ask for quiet after 10pm). I came without food but thankfully there is a big Billa supermarket a short walk away. The owners ask for cash payment so make sure you bring some!

The location is simply perfect, right next to the slope nu. 10. Just a short ride down to lift A3 and to the center of the whole resort. It takes only a few steps from your own ski locker room to the slope. Absolutely perfect. There's a private sauna and jakuzzi for the 6 apartments in the building, can be booked in advance so you can use privately. Well equipped and clean, all facilites are good.

Dinner at the restaurant was always very good, and the staff was very helpful (we had questions about the ski passes).
