What is a great plus is that this homestead is built in beautiful forest area, but has very accessible location.The owner kindly helped us with planning our journey. This is a beautiful, newly built (one year old) home that is comfortable and well- equipped. Wi-fi works well. Milan welcomed us at the property and was friendly and helpful. There was a bottle of wine and beer in the refrigerator and nuts and candy snacks on the table. The location is ideal, literally an 8 minute walk to the entrance to the gorge.

Super remote place with literally no one around for the whole week. Despite the adventure charakter the Internet was great and hot water/electricity no problem. Great experience, also ideal for dogs. They offer lots of extra stuff to borrow for free as board games, mountain bikes, Badminton.. and we were nicely surprised by a welcome dinner.

Apartment is located in a village named Zgornje Gorje which is perfect as it's only a couple minutes drive from Blade lake and Soteska Vintgar and in the other hand in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It has great parking and it was pretty clean and modern. The Eva was really phenomenal host. Communication with her was great and she welcomed us with freshly baked bread and homemade milk which was very refreshing after long drive. She and her beautiful family gave as farm tour which our kids really enjoyed. We had a chance to feed the cows and see the complete milking process.
