Situated just 1.6 km from São Roque Beach, CFS Azores Guest House features accommodation in Ponta Delgada with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. Everything. The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

The breakfast is different every day and it's generally beautifully looking and tasty. People from the staff are helpful and the bar has a happy hour and they serve amazing food. There are plenty of bathrooms and they are supplied with everything you need. The beds are done daily and they are really comfortable They organize group Tours and that's a nice way to get a view of the island and meet fellow travelers. Overall, hands down one of the nicest hostels I've been to..

The experience of one big happy family of travelers. Especially on my first solo trip I was welcomed with open arms, good suggestions for what to do and a very nice hostel dinner/breakfast

Grand hotel that I think has only recently opened. Lovely views of Monte Brasil. Has a swimming pool. Spacious airy feel to the place and interesting history. Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.

Casa Pavão, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Pilar, 6.5 km from Lagoa Azul, 7.4 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon, as well as 7.8 km from Lagoa Verde. We had the downstairs room which was very spacious and directly on the street so easy bring in our suitcases. Behind the house was a big room with kitchen and fridge and dining table. The breakfast was very nice with the other guests. Friendly atmosphere and nice to be part of the hosts home and family.

The room really amazed us: beautifully decorated, very clean and modern. We loved the welcome gifts. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the big shower. The hostel downstairs living room with kitchen and the patio created the perfect environment to hang out with other guests and to share some nice moments. The kitchen was very well equipped and the breakfast was very good. The Santa Alegria Hostel team was always available, they were very kind and helpful and made our vacation in S. Miguel Island even more perfect. Thank you Inês and Candido, you made us feel like home and we hope to visit you again!
