Location is a little bit away from the main centre of Flam but very close to walk to centre for food, walks etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They show great care for the property and the guests.

Beautiful lakeside property with a small garden. The studio apartment has everything you need. It’s clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend it to everyone.

We were welcomed by the very friendly manager who showed us the place and our rooms, Very charming and historical old, yet refurbished, farmhouse overlooking the village and valley. We had access to a huge kitchen with everything needed to store food and prepare meals. If you cant be bothered to make your own meals its less than 5 minutes walk down to the Skjolden Hotel which has an amazing restaurant. Would absolutely recommend Eide Gaard.

Delicious dinner and breakfast; all felt very local, fresh, and homey. After multiple days kayaking, this was _exactly_ what we needed.
