Conveniently located in Bergen, Charmante - Skostredet Hôtel offers air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. This is a charming new hotel located in a fun part of Bergen! I loved the French decor and Edith Piaf and others continuously steaming through cached speakers in the hallways and rooms. The bathrooms had brilliant marble and fun ceiling mirrors. Even with the impressive decor, the staff is what stole the show. Princess was the first to greet us. She answered all our questions, gave us important information about Bergen, shared recommendations, and gave us a packed breakfast for the day we had to leave early for our fjord tour. Joyce, Alexis, Stef, and Paul, also deserve special shout outs. They were professional, accomadating, and excellent at anticipating our needs. They called taxis, prepared packed breakfasts, found seats at the hotel, and just made us feel welcomed. This hotel gets an A++ for its special staff and customer service practices. Finally, it’s an interesting concept that I’ve only seen in movies where the hotel guests can get “taken up” into the busyness and crowds of the brasserie. The Charmante is a hotel but I learned that people are really into the French cuisine & wines at the restaurant. As we came during the Christmas season and within the first 3 months of the hotels opening it was VERY busy with dinner guests— but I loved the buzz. And if some do not like this, they can just go to their rooms— the noise does not follow :-)

Located in Skulestadmo, Elva Hotel features a garden, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy river views. All units in the hotel are equipped with a coffee machine. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Made us feel at home. Great restuarant in the evening and for breakfast.

Set within 8.1 km of Stegastein Viewpoint and 10 km of The Flåm Railway in Aurland, Wangen Apartments AS provides accommodation with seating area. Perfect location with an incredible view, the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked, I especially appreciated the coffee maker. All up it was an amazing stay and I would definitely come back

Very beautiful and peaceful location, stunning views, welcoming host with excellent communication, perfect facilities. This was ideal for our stopover on our way back to Bergen airport half an hour away. Easy access to Osterøy and into Bergen but still rural and very quiet. We could not have wanted more.

Situated in Skjolden and only 30 km from Urnes Stave Church, Eide gard features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has city and inner courtyard views. We were welcomed by the very friendly manager who showed us the place and our rooms, Very charming and historical old, yet refurbished, farmhouse overlooking the village and valley. We had access to a huge kitchen with everything needed to store food and prepare meals. If you cant be bothered to make your own meals its less than 5 minutes walk down to the Skjolden Hotel which has an amazing restaurant. Would absolutely recommend Eide Gaard.

Situated in Borgund, 1.7 km from Borgund Stave Church, Husum Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Guests can make use of a bar. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and offer good comfort. But what made our stay even better were the hotel employees that made us feel at home and offering exceptional service. And ofcourse the dinners at Husum were amazing.

Amazing place! I can definitely see why it has gotten great reviews! Picking up the key was easy and the host was very friendly. Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!
