Very helpful staff, if you have a problem or question they will take care of it. They talk to you and offer advice on your daily activities, they called 4-5 different places to get us a good deal on a canue renting. Nice pool and the garden very well maintained. The laguna is 5 min walk. You wont be sorry if you stay here. Thak you for having us.

Matatagpuan ang Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only sa Playa del Carmen, 6 km ang layo mula sa Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal. I have put some thoughts before writing this review.. the thing is this is probably one of the best resorts in the world! I mean it’s not ultra fancy, perfect nor it is for everyone, but I think it’s for most of people out there. It’s new, eco friendly, massive, clean, organized, locally focused, Mexican in heart with amazing food and drinks and gives access to all xcaret brand parks and facilities (besides casa de la playa, the most exclusive one). In a lot of ways it improves the already good Xcaret Mexico hotel (the first one). Indeed 3 years ago I have stayed in Xcaret Mexico hotel and besides the obvious absence of children in this one I founded the service much better overall, the refinement improved, the materials although similar are newer and feel more modern and stylish. I really appreciated the scent change in bath amenities, much better than in the previous hotel (actually I have complained before). In the first day I was a little disappointed as the main pool was very cold…don’t know if a conversation I had with the pool staff had any consequence but the following days the water was so much warmer, it was really enjoyable! So it is definitely a heated pool! The hotel should keep it always warm as its the best spot of the resort to linger! I also found a smaller pool besides building Casa Musica that is much hotter than the others, a calm place to relax and to enjoy great coktails (secret spot!). The food. Where to start… a massive main restaurant Mercado de San Juan which can be overwhelming big, delivers impressive high quality food considering the variety and the massive amount of food available all day long. I just think it is not well organized, there is deserts in the middle, Mexican food scattered around, and just seems a little confusing to navigate. Regarding the a la Carte restaurants they are all good quality but Tah Xido and Encanta restaurants were a level above the rest, truly amazing experience!

Suites “Cielo y Mar” Invites you to enjoy its rooms, which are located on the 5th avenue, the beach is at 250 metres and the comercial and restaurants zone is at 1 km. A big thank you to Sergio for its advices and the entire team that made our stay a very good one. Hope we will be able to come back.

Hotel Para Ti - Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Holbox Island. The breakfast was delicious, the pool nice and fresh and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Only 30 metres from Puerto Morelos’ Playa Mar Beach and 400 metres from Plaza Central, Hotel Amar Inn features some rooms with sea view. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Stunning setting near the beach with lots of plans and shade around. Lovely pool , well equipped room, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend Amar Inn highly enough. Big thanks to all the staff who kept going above and beyond to make our stay special.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens in a great location near Playa del Carmen's famous beach and 5th Avenue, this property offers fully furnished 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Great and huge apartment, with everything you might need for your stay. Also great location. And the person at reception was super friendly and welcoming even let us park our car before check-in time

Set in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Very nice and neat very Tulum essence.

Set in Tulum, 4.4 km from Tulum Archeological Site, BAU Tulum offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Amazing place to stay. The staff and the manager of the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are simple, clean and stylish. Many restaurants and bars are walking distance.

Bluebayou Bacalar in Bacalar features a garden and a terrace. The hotel has family rooms. At the hotel, rooms are equipped with a balcony. The best place you could find in Bacalar, my partner and I had a lovely stay, they have an exclusive entrance to the lagoon and one wonderful deck to enjoy. Seriously we are 100% coming back to this place in our next visit.
