My partner and I stayed here the night before our early flight out of Cancun. The support staff were so great through WhatsApp - SO accomodating, great at communicating quickly, providing recommendations, and answering questions. It’s such a unique little spot but we enjoyed our experience more than staying in a hotel. We also appreciated that there were restaurants that could deliver to us and cheap snacks and drinks in the room. The staff also set up an airport transfer for us for first thing in the morning. Blue Palm Bacalar se află în Bacalar și include o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și un bar. Perfect service with great tips from the owner about good places to visit and others to avoid. Small hotel with a lot of charm and attention from the staff. It makes you feel at home. Some great restaurants/bar next to the hotel. We will stay here the day we come back to Bacalar. Thank you for making our stay such a great moment.

Loved the property and all the options on activities to do and regret not staying longer. Food was very good and parks lots of fun. I also wanted to call out a staff from Cinthia who was our tour guide in Xenotes and Najaida from rest CANTINA VI.AI.PI is wonderful.
