The Dar itself is gorgeous, very well maintained and immaculately clean. My room was very comfy and in my bed I slept like in heaven. I did not use the pool on the roof but this is a nice bonus, very much so for kids. I loved it that there were wonderful books available and sitting outside my room and looking at those books was great. Breakfast was fantastic. It was allegedly served from 8:00 am. On the day of my departure I sneaked to the breakfast room at 7:30 in the hope to grab a quick coffee as I had to leave early for my train - and the whole breakfast was already served! That was so lovely. The nice woman even hurried to pour me fresh orange juice. The entire staff was just wonderful and so, so nice. Every night they brought me a glass of tasty Moroccan white wine up to my room on the top floor. I would defo recommend staying at Dar Shâan while visiting Rabat.

My partner and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The rooms and the rest of the riad were very clean and tastefully decorated. Very calming. The staff are just beyond amazing! Very hospitable and always so helpful. The location also felt safe and it is close the medina. If we are in Rabat we will definitely go back.

Siham made us feel home, made us enjoy all the flavours of Rabat through all the information she provided to us.
