Matatagpuan ang Art-Nouveau-style at 4-star na Neiburgs Hotel sa sentro ng Old Town ng Riga, kung saan matatanaw ang Dome Square. Attentive and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was yummy! Great location too!
