Featuring a fitness centre and views of mountain, Palais Hörtenberg is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Bolzano, 27 km from Carezza Lake. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very easy and fast to get there, from the train station. The building itself and the room were extremly clean. Our room was huge and comfortable. Everything was new and the security and light system were smart (touchscreens for everything). The view from our room was amazing, we could see the mountains. The position is quite good as it is located it the historical center of the city and in the main street. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Even though it is located in a crowded area, the room was extremly quite and we did not hear anything from outside.

It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. El personal va ser molt atent i es van adaptar sense problemes ni costs adicionals a que dormissim dues persones en comptes d'una com deia la reserva original.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh fruits and even a juicemaker. Staff was very kind. The rooms spacious and clean. Overal s fantastic stay.
