High ceilings, large social front room, very clean, great location, had all the kitchen equipment we needed. I requested the double beds were split into singles as we didn’t have any couples & they got this setup for us at no extra cost. Would stay here again & would recommend.
Lovely house. Very clean, good sized bedrooms. Has everything you need for a stay. Great location for shops, harbour and exploring surrounding area. Very good clear communication with owners before and after stay
The location was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. It was an ideal place to stay.
The room was at a cheaper rate as above the kitchen and can get warm, but we had a fan and slept comfortably. Although the room was a little dated, it had been decorated to a high standard and was spotless. Nice cocktail bar with a good menu choice. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also yummy with plenty of choice.
Very well appointed. Spotless and convenient location
Our hosts, Robert and Catriona, were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet, but ideal for access to town centre and harbour and for bus services to other locations. Breakfast was great, plenty of options (including some home made jam). The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice lounge, garden and games area. We would not hesitate to recommend this B & B to anyone going to this area.
From our arrival and throughout our visit Norma and Alan were exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent each morning especially the jams. The beautiful garden was tranquil and full of wildlife- Elvis the pheasant was a delight to watch. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the location for us was ideal. Alan was a source of golfing information which was really useful for us.
Fab location Spotlessly clean Spacious Easy to deal with the administrators Lovely garden area
Great food / Breakfast perfect location easy parking either on the street for an hour or across the road really good value the bedrooms very clean with big TV in the room ideal for golf easy access to St Andrews
Anne was a lovely host and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Location was ideal for traveling around the coast as we were. Breakfast had a lovely cold selection of fruit juice, yogurt and cereals and was well presented. There was also a lovely selection to choose from for the cooked breakfast which Anne cooked beautifully. Added plus was allowing the ducks out the barn in the morning in their desperation to get to the large pond.
