The location was the best, just about 2 minutes to the metro station, easy to get everywhere. The hotel room was super clean, all the facilities were new and clean, and I liked the shared common area and kitchen very much:)

All in all great stay in the central Helsinki.

A particular mention of 2 staff in particular. MaiJa and Minna. These two ladies were exceptional. We are from Australia and have traveled extensively and it is very rare to receive such friendly happy and professional employees such as these two. From our understanding, Minna was a new employee. If that is the case, she is certainly an excellent acquisition. She greeted us with absolute friendliness and even took us to our room. Maija had an infectious smile and laughter and seemed to have the place running so smoothly. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the young lady who served us was very sweet and super nice. Overall this place is wonderful and the staff certainly played a big part in making our anniversary stay a memorable one.

The Folks Hotel Konepaja mempunyai tempat fitness lengkap, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Helsinki. The very friendly staff made sure I could handle everything despite my flight having been cancelled. They truly went the extra mile! The room was fantastic, too. It was a overall great experience and I'll come back here the next time I go to Helsinki!

The owners were always easily accessible, as well as readily available and helpful. The apartment was better than I could have expected. The beds are comfortable, the pillows, idem. Clean kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need for an impeccable stay. To be honest, I rarely find a tourist apartment where the owners are so attentive and offer so much to the guests.
