From the receptionist to the chef, all of the people working there were really helpful and talking many languages. Room was really confortable, clean and well equipped. I hugely recommend!

Everything was brand new, spacious and well designed. Kitchen was fully equipped with some basic condiments available - oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. There was even an espresso machine for ground coffee (no capsules). We only needed a code to enter, so coming in late was not a problem. I really enjoyed the stay!

After many years, we decided to go skiing in Jeseniky in February; we were accommodated in the Hubertus apartments. The accommodation was, simply said, fantastic! The beautiful nature and the magnificent ski area enhanced by the excellent accommodation made such a great impression on us that after three weeks we returned to Karlova Studánka for a long weekend. They were very understanding, we were there early because of bad weather and they even let us in before time. The stay itself was great as well, everything was clean, the location was good, and the place was well equipped.
