One of our best hotel stays in recent years, our corner room had all the comfort we may have needed, including small details like umbrella, slippers, the way breakfast is presented, etc. We usually try to avoid staying in old buildings, but this one was clean and well equipped/maintained.

As the name suggests, the studio is indeed "gemütlich": spacious, stylish, clean, provides privacy as it is located in a separate building. Good wifi, fridge, plates, utensils, coffee machine, tea kettle. If there would be a microwave it would be just perfect. Bus stop a few minutes away, Kempten train station 7-8 minutes walk. The caretaker lady was really friendly which added an extra nice touch to the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautifully decorated and looked out onto the cobbled streets. The breakfast was lovely in the restaurant and it was nice to be served instead of having a full buffet breakfast. The shower was good and the bed was very comfy. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner in the restaurant on our last evening and it was the best meal and service that we'd had in a very long time - Thank you
