The property is 300 metres from the city centre and 700 metres from Messe Basel. The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

The water taxi stops directly at the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was unexpectedly beautiful, with nature walks in both directions along the Rhine River. Our room was lovely, and all staff were very kind and attentive. The outdoor part of the restaurant had great views all around. We wished we could have stayed longer.

You can reach to both Basel SBB HB and the messe with tram line 2. There are a supermaket and a tram stop within approx. 100 meters in front of the apartment.
