This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

La Duchesse d'Aumale se află în Spa, la 11 km de Circuitul Spa-Francorchamps și la 18 km de Parcul Plopsa Coo, într-o zonă ideală pentru hiking. Location is quiet yet central to everything. The hosts were cheerfully in contact to ensure my stay was comfortable throughout the week (just enough). The decor is warm, unique and homey, with the essentials and a few lovely extras like a welcome with bottles of the local waters and chocolates. Great for an independent guest (or couple) who likes to self-cater. Local hiking trails and the Thermes spa are easily accessed across the park in front of the house. The supermarket SPAR is just around the corner, and the organic "L'Epicierie Demain" is on the next block. Very close to the train station and there is a local bus stop in front of the SPAR, so a car is not necessary, but if you have one, there is ample parking on the street by the house. The central Place Royale (where the Brocante and Marché Hebdomadaire happen each week) is also just a 5 minute walk. Really a perfect location for all the activities Spa has to offer.

Le vieux Spa de Polo-Jo se află în Spa, la 11 km de Circuitul Spa-Francorchamps și la 17 km de Parcul Plopsa Coo, într-o zonă ideală pentru ciclism. - really nice and unique flat - very stylish with individual furniture and in a very good shape - you reach everything in SPA by walk, since it is very close to centre - after visit in town you can relax at the calm and spacious terrace - the owner Paul is very friendly and helpful - suited with/without children: with children you go on the sofa and leave the beautiful large bed for them :) still it works since you have a seperate room
