Property was very clean and looked the same as in pictures. The host was very accommodating and responded very quick. Pick up and drop off at the airport was arranged. We had a lot of luggage so he came with a big car to make sure everything fit. Good customer service/hospitality is hard the find these days but not with this host. He was very welcoming and responded quickly when we needed something. Our flight got delayed last moment so we stayed longer in the apartment and he still was able to drop us off. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment.

There is a locker downstairs where we can store our luggage first, which will not affect our travel. There are induction cookers, POTS and pans, knives and forks and other kitchen utensils in the room, which are very complete and suitable for Chinese people to heat milk and cook instant noodles. Next time I have a chance to go to Leuven, I will choose here, very good, I have returned to the country still remember!
