It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I'm sure it's not the last. Room was very clean, location couldn't be better just few steps from the old town and public transportation. Food options for breakfast is great and overall staff is very welcoming.

The location is perfect, only about 15 minutes walk from Bašćaršija - the old city center - the river Miljacka. The personnel is very kind, the breakfast is fine! The hotel has its own parking – upon reservation. The only thing to mention here is, that in some cases the parked cars can block each other, so you have to leave your car keys at the reception. There is no beer or wine in the minibar – what is quite normal in many hotels in Sarajevo – but there is a small shop about 150 meters from the hotel that works 0-24. I was many times since now in Sarajevo but the best hotel I have ever been if we take into consider what you are getting for your money (yes there are some hotels right in the city center, but either they don’t have parking or have much worse services, or their price is double compared to Hotel Festival).
