The hotel and the room is very beautyful, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is about 300 m far from the cabin car station.

מלון סאנה (Hotel Sana) שוכן ברובע העיר העתיקה בסרייבו (Sarajevo), במרחק של 100 מ' מרחוב בסקרסיה (Bascarsija), ומתהדר בטרסה ונוף לעיר. I loved the property, it is in a perfect location, in the heart of the old town Bascarsija in Sarajevo. Even though it is in the heart of the city it is in a quiet area so you get a good night sleep. Morover, the hotel has security 24/7. The hotel is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, impeccable and a modern decor. everything in the hotel is high tech from digital switches to move and close to windows, adjust AC, lighting, elevator. I was impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs. At the day of our departure there was a marathon and hotel was not accessible due to street closures but the staff helped us with our luggage to a nearby street to meet our taxi driver for a ride to the airport. The breakfast was a buffet of anything imaginable: eggs sunny side up, scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, different type of cheeses (at least 5 gourmet cheeses), cold cuts, baked goods (freshly baked brads and cakes), cereals, croissants, fruits and fruit juices as well as different coffees (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino , etc). I travel extensively for work and pleasure and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed lately. Even though it is 4 star, it really should be 5 star hotel. I cannot recommend Hotel Sana and it’s staff enough. I will be staying there every time I come to Sarajevo. I am so glad I found this gem.

The host is great, communication went smoothly. The apartment is clean, perfect for 2 people with the fantastic view. Markets are near and the location is some 25min walking distance from the Old town (it's nice walk, so don't be discouraged). Will come again when we are in Sarajevo next time.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I'm sure it's not the last. Room was very clean, location couldn't be better just few steps from the old town and public transportation. Food options for breakfast is great and overall staff is very welcoming.
