Fresh and comfortable room with spacious and elegant bathroom. I visited during low season and thus payed a discounted price, which made it an incredible deal. The hotel is in the "modern" part of the town, which means it is walking distance from the intercity bus station, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. The historic old town is a 25-min walk away, or a short hop on a local bus, for which the stop is nearby.

Attractively situated in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik Old Town Apartments features an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi. The property has sea and garden views, and is 500 metres from Porporela Beach. Nice cosy flat with excellent location to discouver the old town. Matjia is very helpful, responsive host.

Situato sulla spiaggia di Žnjan, l'Elu Iris offre un bar, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un salone in comune e una terrazza. La struttura si trova un po fuori Spalato, per arrivarci dovete avere la macchina; che potete comodamente parcheggiare nel parcheggio riservato dell’hotel. È piccolino, ci sono 8 stanze, noi abbiamo preso quella con terrazzino per poter godere della fantastica vista sul mare. Attraverso una scalinata si arriva direttamente al mare dove c’e sia la spiaggia libera che attrezzata, ed un localino chic dove fare aperitivo. Il posto è super tranquillo,pulito, funzionale. Lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno anche permesso di mettere i nostri ghiacci nel loro freezer.

Everything was nice there and definitely worth the money. If ocean view is what you are looking for, this is the place. All the rooms have sea view, restaurants, lobby, relaxation room, gym, outdoor swimming and private beach are all designed to let you enjoy the ocean view. Both indoor and outdoor pools are great, gym and spa are spacious. There are many food options in different areas of the hotel (beach/pool/restaurants/room service) and you can order it via your phone without leaving the sun bed. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many options and all the staff are very friendly. Excellent place to relax and recharge.

Perfect getaway for couples. The hotel is really nice, has a great restaurant and everything else. You wouldn't even want to leave the place, just maybe for some hiking or sightseeing. Everything else is there. The pool area is great as well with a lot of sunbeds and a clean pool.
