To All Travels coming to UAE especially in the Sharjah area, I would like to let everyone know that this apartment is exceptional in all aspects from the location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, price, and the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the Host was truly one of a kind. The Host made me feel so comfortable that I felt I was in my own home. The Host was extremely professional from start to finish and in between. I travel all over the world staying in Hotels and Apartments but really this Host and this property is one of my best experiences I have experienced. Do not hesitate and book this property if you are looking for a home away from home with the best Hospitality and superb location. I would rate this 5 start by far!!!!

CMA Skyline Sanctuary Apartments - Ajman Corniche UAE on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement, mis asub Ajmanis, 400 meetri kaugusel Ajmani rannast. Kohapeal on spordikeskus ja basseinivaade. The apartment is spacious, clean, in good repair, and inviting. The view of the city from the apartment we rented was striking both day and night. The bathrooms (one ensuite) both have bathtubs with rainfall showers. The hosts have provided a bottled water cooler/dispenser, a computer printer, welcome fruit and the basics for cooking. The management team offers housekeeping as often as you request (daily, or on a customized schedule). Delivery services in Ajman will bring all types of shopping (takeout, groceries, clothing, whatever you need) to the apartment door. Parking for one car is also available. The CMA management team was available to us easily and quickly before, during, and at leaving time. Fast communication by phone/text/whatsapp made being in contact easy. One of the team met us at arrival, and before arrival we asked about shops, details of arrival, car rentals, etc. The team provided complete and accurate information each time we requested help. We will certainly rent with confidence from CMA when we return to the UAE.

The room itself is snug and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite the central location, the space maintains a surprising tranquility. The ensuite bathroom is impeccably clean, and the kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer and washing machine, meets all practical needs. A special mention goes to the kind lady on-site – always available and willing to help, enhancing the overall experience. Furthermore, the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend this accommodation for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Daniel is a very hospitable host. It was nice to meet his family. He has provided us a lot of attention and offered additional options for comfort: laundry, PlayStation, VR. The room is spacious and clean. It was difficult for us to find an apartment, but we contacted Daniel on Watsapp and he helped. It was near China Hut. There are many cafes nearby, a beautiful embankment, a park and fountains.
