Absolutely an amazing place to chill and spend your holidays. The house and the grounds are well maintained and in good condition. The small extra house is good to outsource your teenie-kids or host a part of the fellow travelers. Amazing view from the terrace on the sunset. Very close to the shore but do not expect a classic beach. Barbecue-grill available and for cool nights a cozy fireplace in the cozy living room. It is true, that the sleeping room in the attic is only accessible by a steep ladder but the beds are incredibly comfortable. The house is equipped with every little thing you will need during your stay. Comprehensive information about everything prior to arrival. Very helpful, uncomplicated and friendly hosts.

As others have commented, 2 toilets and 2 showers for potentially over 20 guests is pushing it. Plenty common room space and good kitchen facilities, though. Wonderful location in Castle grounds and right next to bathing beach, sea pool and historic bathing spa. Great location for cycle tourists right on the Kattegatt Leden with cycle storage in a locked garage which, strangely enough, the owners don't seem to advertise.
