Our hostess, Manuela, is helpful, resourceful, and among others, a great cook. Be sure to try local dishes and specialities cooked by her! The rooms and the common areas are clean and comfy. The view from the balcony alone is worth the trip! The location is quiet, near hiking trails alongside famous viewpoints. A true sample of great hospitality!

Wonderful stay at a great location, good base for exploring the area. A very warm welcome, Stephane and Adeline are so kind and do everything to pamper us. Stephane’s breakfast is absolutely delicious and the dinner he made us was incredible. We were so lucky to find this place and would absolutely recommend this place to others

The view from the main window in the living room was beautiful. There was a TV with Netflix. The self-check-in was easy. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. There were some spices in the kitchen that we could use (probably left by other guests).

Absolutely fantastic house in the Nordeste region, in a very quiet area, near only one house and all the rest are fields and a seaview from balcony. Very good aircon. Very good blackout curtains and window shutter so those who can have a good sleep only in darkness and silence will definitely have a perfect rest here. Wifi is good, TV is great. Bed, sofa etc - very comfortable. Shower - all good. Kitchen - very well equipped, you will have all the amenities if you want to cook. Parking just in front of house. Very friendly host who was all the time in connection with us and allowed to keep luggages for several hours after our check out. Overall - perfect stay and rest. If I had money, I would buy this house for myself :)

Nuno and Solange are wonderful people and the nicest hosts you can imagine. We were welcomed with a nice basket with some local specialties, Nuno recommended several insider tipps for activities and places to visit, and one evening they brought over fresh sweetbread they had just baked. It was still warm (and delicious!). After 9 days, it felt like leaving friends we had visited. Also, it should be mentioned that Nuno is a talented and passionate artist, which shows in every aspect of the house. All the paintings are handmade originals, and the furniture and decoration is very stylish, yet unobtrusive. A perfect home to spend the whole day or enjoy the sunset after exploring Sao Miguel.

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We loved the sun pouring in through the big windows and how bright it was inside the main living area. The pool was lovely and the little private patio a nice place to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. The location was great for exploring the NE part of Sao Miguel. The host responded to questions in a timely manner.
