I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on my arrival. Having been in many other establishments in Roseto degli Abruzzi far more expensive and very disappointing I wasn’t prepared to find such a gem. My room was very spacious and full of light, the en-suite bathroom was also big and spotlessly clean. The all place was comfortable, clean furnishings and very welcoming . Fantastic Self-service breakfast with excellent facilities. The owner Flavia, was very friendly. Yes it was near the rail track however anyone that knows Roseto also knows that no matter where you stay you will hear the train (which frankly wasn’t an issue at all). Looking forward to staying there again.

The apartment is comfortable, modern and clean. There is a shared kitchen which is super handy. Breakfast is Italian and delicious but most impressive was the hospitality of the hosts. They were super friendly, helpful and nice. We even got 2 bikes and an umbrella at the beach. The location of the apartment is amazing - 3 min by bike to the beach and short drive to the Autostrada to visit the mountains and Nationalpark. We would definitely come back.

The security was excellent and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent - just what we needed at the end of the day at the beach. The best part may have been the patio and breakfast though. Highly recommended!ClaireGroup

The apartment overall was very clean and equipped with all essentials for cooking on a daily basis if you like and perfect size for us 3. We appreciated the modernity and confortability of areas, lift, a great bar and the fact of having a swimming pool available in case. Not to forget, sunbeds and umbrella included in the package . The staff is corteous, kind and professional. Really a familiar atmosphere.
