The location close to the best beaches in Chia. The wonderful garden, in fact a fruit orchard, around the house. The space to eat and sit outside. The fact that the house is brand new. The simple and tasteful decoration. The privacy and silence (the music from the close by restaurant stopped at 10 and didn't bother us). The functional and well equipped kitchen. And last but not least Giampaolo's welcome and availability. Best place I have been recently.

    Beautiful hillside location and stunning gardens . We loved sitting out under the olive tree and looking out to the sea . Very clean and great communication from the hosts . Well-equipped and very spacious house . Lots of kitchen equipment made cooking very easy. When asked, the host provided a wealth of information about the property and the local area .

    Excellent service, staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel facilities (except for all day dining) were excellent. The location of the hotel is just the best. The nearby beach is dreamy. The pool was excellent. Everything about this hotel is magical for a lovely vacation with two small kids (except the all day dining menu options). The hotel was very clean and looked picturesque.

    Location is very close to a great beach. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Place has a rustic feel and a good spot to switch off for a few days. Really excellent, plentiful breakfast with lots of options

    Excellent location, property was very clean and cared, breakfast was just perfect and not too crowded, staff always friendly. Definitely worth staying for a few days.
