The location close to the best beaches in Chia. The wonderful garden, in fact a fruit orchard, around the house. The space to eat and sit outside. The fact that the house is brand new. The simple and tasteful decoration. The privacy and silence (the music from the close by restaurant stopped at 10 and didn't bother us). The functional and well equipped kitchen. And last but not least Giampaolo's welcome and availability. Best place I have been recently.

Martina's house is a little gem. In addition to new, clean, functional, all the comforts of the technique, it was also stocked with coffee, olive oil... , toiletries... The terrace is so comfortable and with a beautiful view that even without getting to the fantastic beaches nearby (over 6 in a range of 2 km.) is enough to spend my vacation here. Easy communication with quick solutions to my questions from the owners. I am grateful to have been a guest in Martina's home and to have been a part of Chia's magic. PS if a spong that you can buy for 0.10 cents ... is an occasion for whims and claims, then you do not belong here. If you can't appreciate being admitted to a Paradise of unique food, breathtaking nature and hospitality, you don't deserve it.

    The location is ideal for those who love quiet places surrounded by nature and access to a nice beach (from where you can hike to have beautiful views).     Beautiful hillside location and stunning gardens . We loved sitting out under the olive tree and looking out to the sea . Very clean and great communication from the hosts . Well-equipped and very spacious house . Lots of kitchen equipment made cooking very easy. When asked, the host provided a wealth of information about the property and the local area .

    The property was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is very close to several breathtaking beaches. We received a warm welcome and the breakfast as delicious.

    Excellent service, staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel facilities (except for all day dining) were excellent. The location of the hotel is just the best. The nearby beach is dreamy. The pool was excellent. Everything about this hotel is magical for a lovely vacation with two small kids (except the all day dining menu options). The hotel was very clean and looked picturesque.
