The new appartment is very nice, modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable. There is a big terrace, the historical city centre is reachable about 10 min. by walk. Very nice and modern room with sea view. Tv, WiFi perfectly working, AC. Short distance from the old town (around 15 min walk) and in front of the beach, you just need to cross the street. There is double layer window so very quite and relaxing. Shared kitchen with fridge, coffee and anything you need. We spent really a nice time over there and I would recommend it for anyone travelling to Alghero!

The location is ideal as it is close to both, the old town and the beach with a nice promenade. We had no problems finding a parking space nearby. When we come back to Alghero, we for sure will return to this b&b. It was our most favorite stay on our roundtrip across Sardinia.
