Situated within 700 metres of Mavratzi Beach and 1 km of Agios Nikolaos Beach, LEMON GARDEN provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vasilikos.

An absolutely wonderful property (way prettier than the photos) with apartments laid across a luscious garden with a perfect mix of lemon trees, pines, palms and varied flowers. Perfect views, especially from 2nd floor apartments, overlooking the garden at one side, and an olive grove with see view at the other. The only thing you hear throughout the day are crickets and birds which makes it quite a meditative experience. Very nice pool area. Wonderful and welcoming hosts. Beautiful beaches 25 min. walk (less than 5 with a car, with ample free parking). A family run tavern with beautiful garden and perfect homemade food (Dopia’s house) just 100 meters away from the property.

Offering a garden and sea view, Ammos Beachfront Confortable Rooms - Adults only is located in Vasilikos, 200 metres from Agios Nikolaos Beach and 300 metres from Plaka Beach.

Our room met the highest European standards. Looked even better than on photos. There were kettle, iron, beach towels, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers in the room. Most of the rooms (our for example) are facing the sea. We visited several different beaches while in Zakynthos and St. Nicholas beach, which is located near the suites, is the most beautiful in our opinion. It was really cool to wake up in the morning and to sit on the personal terrace listening to the roosters and cuckoos sounds. Should mention also that free sunbeds are provided on the beach. The host helped us in many ways, so I can’t thank him enough. And the most pleasant for us was that terrific Ukrainian ladies are working as maids there. They were super sweet and made our stay even better! Highly recommended place!

Located in Xirokastello Village and set amid citrus and olive trees, Alavastros Maisonettes Near 3 sandy beaches offers fully equipped units with Ionian Sea, garden and mountain views.

Everything was great. The Garden is amazing, so beautiful. The owners very nice, they helped us make a barbecue and offered sweets and homemade pie. The house has everything you could need. We also cooked there. There is also air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows as well. Cleaning was done everyday and towels and bedding changes every two days.

Just 100 metres from the famous Gerakas Beach, the traditionally-built Porto Gerakas Villas offers self-catering accommodation with balconies amidst its blossomed garden.

We loved our villa very much. Comfy and private, nice and clean, silent and provided with all the necessary facilities. Air conditioning in the kitchen / entrance and in the bedroom. Balcony that surrounded the villa. The villa is 2/3 minutes walk from a mini market, three tavernas and Geraka Beach. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We will miss Geraka and them a lot!

Blue Horizon Studios, hotel barat a Vasilikos

Surrounded by a blossomed garden with stone-paved alleys, Blue Horizon Studios is located in Vasilikos of Zakynthos.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly owner, clean, quite big rooms, nice view from the balcony, the balcony 😅 Cleaning was every day, bed sheets and towels were changes every two days. There were a couple of restaurants and taverna's nearby, a supermarket was probably 5-7 min away (by foot).

Set in lush, landscaped gardens with paved patios and colourful flowers, Villa Joanna is 400 metres from Mavratzi Beach in Vasilikos.

We loved nearly everything about the Villa Joanna, especially location that is close to beautiful beaches, tavernas, supermarket and at the same time it is secluded in a quiet area, where guests can relax and sleep peacefully. Special thanks to Dennis for his care and understanding, he was super responsive to our requests, he really did his best to make us feel happy. I'd read in some other comments that towels were not changed regularly, in fact we got them changed every third day, but I am sure if we asked, they would change them even daily - that is not really necessary. We had no complaints about wifi as well, it worked very well in our room. The view from our balcony was amazing, will miss it a lot.

It is a really beautiful place with excellent personel. Very close distance to drive to Banana beach, Gerakas, and some other nice beaches in the area. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and stunning views of olive trees from bar terrace. The owner (Nana) also helped us with a car rental, and with her daughter showed us a really nice hospitality. Thanks for everything!
