The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. The suite was exceptional and had the most stunning view of the sea. I looked forward to spending most of my evenings in the beautiful terrace after making a small meal for myself. The place was about a 10 minute walk from Fira center so everything was quite accessible. Anna and her husband also made sure that everything I needed was taken care of no matter the time of the day. I would gladly refer this place to each and every one of my friends and I myself would love to stay here when I do hopefully come back to visit Santorini again :)
