Our stay at this house was unexpectedly eventful as we got caught in a very bad storm called Daniel for 4 days, but I must say, the spacious and well-equipped amenities truly saved the day. Despite the weather chaos outside the house provided a comfortable and stress-free stay. It was very clean and we also loved the garden which we enjoyed on our last day when the clouds cleared. The location was awesome, just a 30 mins walk from the old town in a silent area. Easy communication with the host and safe parking. Efcharistoume poly Dimitris, hope to return soon :)

We (family with 2 daughters, 15 and 19 yo) stayed 8 nights in Villa Lazareta in the beginning of July and had fantastic vacation. Villa is very nice and I recommend to everyone. In reality it looks much nicer then presented on the photos. Location is secluded and you have all the intimacy you need but yet it’s very close to the city (5min by car). House is very comfortable and have everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower which is fantastic. Two air conditioners are enough to chill the house even in the hottest days. Pool is amazing overlooking the sea and Skiathos town. On the large terrace you can enjoy breakfast and sunset views. If you don’t want to explore island beaches you have two small beaches in walking distance from the villa (50-200 meters). All in all Villa Lazareta is excellent choice. And yes for the end I must mention the owner Katerina. She is by far the most kind and helpful host we ever had. Thank you Katerina and we hope we will return to your villa again :)

Location is perfect - walking distance from the town. The hosts are wonderful, it is very clean and green. Internet is great - streaming quality. Also there is a possibility to park a car in front of the studio. There is no actual beach nearby, but the house is next to the water of the lagoon, which is clean enough for swimming. Definitely recommended as a base for exploring the island.

Fabulous villa, with fantastic facilities. Great host, with cake on arrival and a Moussaka mid week appeared when they had been in to clean. Up in the hills but walkable to town centre.

Absolutely great owner, he risked his health and property to help us during the floods. Quiet accommodation with beautiful views away from the night bustle of Skiathos. Taxi from the port costs 10Eur, recommended to use when travelling with suitcases, otherwise the accommodation is accessible on foot.
