Great location, close to Koukounaries beach. View towards the lake/sea, you could hear the waves in late evening or early morning. We had arrived late in the evening, however the owner -a very nice person -waited for us and showed the room facilities. The personel is also very helpful and we thank everyone for making the vacation successful. Room was sufficient for a small family. Definetely will book again when returning to Skiathos.

The apartment is close to the market shops, 2-3 very nice restaurant and beach. You have access to the pool and there is a parking near the villa. Would stay here again.

We arrived at Sergios after the flood that hit Skiatos very hard and we also had to delay the trip for 1 day. The owner was very understanding and helpful, the location is beautiful, a hidden gem in a green area. Bar and trattoria close by and also some nice beaches, but the area is very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and well furbished.

Good value for the money, location is very easy to acces by bus. Nearby restaurants, markets in the way to beach so very convenient. Alekos is one of the best host, he solved everything with a very positive atitude, feom a special order taxi to recovering a small toy that we lost. He even changed our chairs on the terrace with new ones to be more comfortable.

The property was perfect in every way imaginable. Lovely, clean, airy, light & cool. The location was perfect & private, and only a few minutes walk from a lovely taverna, a supermarket, and the beautiful beach. Bus stop 23 was only a 5 minute walk, so we could easily hop on s bus and explore the beautiful island, there was also a beautiful shady walk nearby through woods to Madraki and another 2 beaches. The owner Maria is fantastic and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, she gave us great information about the island and nothing was too much trouble for her, the staff at the property were amazing, lovely, friendly, kind & efficient, always smiling and helplful and made us feel so welcome. It was a fantastic apartment with great facilities, we will without a shadow of doubt return to this property. It was wonderful.
