Overall, great stay in a villa with wonderful aesthetics. The owners who live nearby are very hospitable and friendly. The house was very clean and tidy and the fast starlink internet was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, luxurious villa. Everything was perfect. Dimitris, the host, was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. The garden is gorgeous and has a beautiful pool, a barbecue and a fantastic view. The villa is extremely well decorated and exceptionally clean. We highly recommend it.

Aleia Villa is a beautiful and very comfortable home in a wonderfully rural setting, with a view of the fertile valley below and Alikanas beach in the distance which is only a ten minute drive away. Sarantis is the consummate host and takes great pride in the villa built on his grandparents property. Not only did he provide some food in the fridge and a bottle of his homemade wine to enjoy, he also stopped by the following day with freshly picked grapes for us to enjoy. We took advantage of the barbecue on the premises to make our own souvlaki. Our stay exceeded our expectations and the only regret we have is that it was not available for all of the nights we were visiting Zakynthos.

Our staying exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It was a real pleasure to meet Dimitri, Anastasios and their family, they are wonderful hosts, friendly and full of anecdotes, stories and tips for visiting the island (which proved very helpful). The farm is an island of peace, our kids enjoyed playing outside and the animals, and the villa where we stayed had everything we need, just about perfect for a family of four/five. Products from the farm are great, and we were generously offered some delicious oil and honey. Finally, the location is ideal, just 5 min drive from a nice sandy beach, and perfect for visiting the entire island. We hope we can come back one day, and we really recommended it. Thank-you for making our stay feel special Dimitri and Tassos!

The garden and balconies provide the much needed shade during the day, making every siesta exquisitely pleasant (rocking back and forth in a hammock by the fountain is really special). The house is well-equipped. Cooking there is quite comfortable (you can buy fresh vegetables, cheese, meat and fish either in Vassilopoulos supermarket, 13 min from the villa). Nespresso machine is a nice addition to a jezve. TV and soundbar make a great entertainment corner. The location is brilliant. Not only is it beautiful there, but also practically every corner of the island is reachable by car in 30-40 minutes. The host, Dionisis, was very kind and helpful and gave us some useful tips. Both the check in and check out went smoothly.

This was a great experience and wonderful stay. Many thanks to owners of the property, Jelena and Lambros, for their hospitality and kindness! The property is located virtually in the middle of Zakynthos, which is a place we were looking for, sufficiently far from traffic, crowd and related noise. At the same time, the location is almost equidistant to all of the shore places and beaches and, having rent a car, for four days we easily made trips to all four directions of the island. We were in a first-floor room with a large bed, bathroom and balcony, which has a magnificent view on central Zakynthos valley, as well as on both east and west cost of the island. The view also includes a lovely garden with olive and other trees and flowers and a great swimming pool, belonging also to the property! Nights were as calm as one can imagine, while mornings were filled with sounds of nature and village life. A delicious continental breakfast was prepared and served by owners in a separate restaurant building. There was also a possibility to order other meals or buy drinks poolside. Free car parking below shades of olive trees is provided in front of the main entrance to the property. Finally, we were very happy with our accomodation and this property and we highly recommend it to all the people who seek tranquility and beautiful surroundings on Zakynthos.

This is one of those reviews you hate to write because you know, once you tell everyone how great the place is, it's going to make it harder to book it again! So much to like about Villa Yliessa, I felt at home the moment I passed through the gate. I was warmly greeted by the host, everthing about the villa clearly explained and fresh fruit from the lemon and pmegranate trees waiting on the table. In a great setting, with wide open vistas and yet private, but close to all the necessities. The house is beautifully designed and constructed. Simple and fresh and more spacious than the photos would indicate. It was very well equipped and the pool and deck were spectacular for relaxing or having a barbecue dinner. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had, I would not hesitate to book again!
