Location was great. Half way to Koukounaries and half way to town. Perfect. we had two teenage boys and it was a little small for them but for a young family it would be great 👍

Very friendly staff. Helped us with everything. Also arranged us late checkout at no costs. Everyday cleaning of room. Beautiful panoramic view from veranda. 5 min walking distance to the beach and 7-8 min - to bus stop. Good wi-fi connection. Rooms are located by the sides of the kitchen and separated each from other, so you can wake up and do something without the need to waking up your children You have two ACs in apartments and they are in right places - you can have comfort climate and you don't worry to catch a cold

Greek island oasis in one of the nicest beach areas of Skiathos. One of the best accomodations we have experienced. Upstairs apartment was spacious with small kitchen and utensils to self cater. Large bathroom with shower for two. Comfortable bed and a relaxing lounge area plus kitchen table and sofa. Large balcony with clothes hanging area. Grounds are lush and tropical with tables and chairs to sit under palms. Pool area is a great alternative to beach with really comfortable sun lounges. Breakfast buffet has a wide range to choose from. Bar is great value. All staff were the friendliest nicest people. A 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach that is not over crowded. Bus stop convenient to reach town or sunset beaches on west side of island. A surprisingly vast array of eating places in walking distance and various other options where they will collect you. Truly haven’t been able to tick so many boxes in one place before. Absolutely loved our stay and wish we were still living there.

It was on the midle of the island, the house was a completely separate one, stand-alone house with two big rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The garden was awesome, so large to run back and force in the evening with the dogs. The host was very friendly and helpful, always there in case of questions, request.

The whole experience here was amazing. Philippos -the owner- was a great host, he greeted us personally when we arrived, gave us lots of helpful hints and recommendations about what to visit on the island as well as helping to organise the events. The house was perfect for us, well equipped with everything we needed ( iron facilities, hair dryer, coffee machine, beach towels..), and it was cleaned every day. We loved sitting on the terrace and near the pool, there was breathtaking view from there. Perfect for morning workout / relax at the pool, and running directly from the house to different paths. Best choice ever in Skiathos!

A charming villa situated in the Agia Paraskevi region of Skiathos, which is approximately 15 mins drive west of the old town or 30 mins by municipal bus . The accommodation is privately owned and maintained by a local family who genuinely care about ensuring you have the best holiday experience. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, the outside pool area is glorious, and privacy is ensured with no overlooking properties adjacent . The garden furniture and sun loungers were extremely comfortable . Despite the semi-rural location there is a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa and gardens, and a smart tv is installed which enables guests to log into their own Netflix/ Prime accounts. The villa was cleaned weekly with advance notice given, where clean towels were provided and bathroom supplies replenished . The kitchen area was modern and well equipped for cooking, with a good selection of utensils available . Villa Platanias is located a 10 to 15 min walk from the well maintained beach at Paraskevi and there are several decent restaurants and tavernas within this locality and a small supermarket . From Paraskevi you can also catch a bus to Koukounaries beach or into the old Town and port . If you wanted to explore the North of the island though, we would recommend you hire a Jimny 4x4 jeep or similar. We had a most fabulously relaxing 2 weeks here , made even more memorable by the welcoming and accommodating nature of the hosts . They even negotiated a reduced rate for us on the boat we hired for a day to sail around the island .
