Everything extremely clean! Every day! The stuff is wonderful and very careful about your needs! They are asking you every day if you need anything in the room, they give you advice about which beaches to visit according to the daily weather. The room is cozy and with complete kitchenette. The sea view is excellent and there are a lot of trees, flowers and grass around.

Located near the Agia Paraskevi beach, a quiet place with a large garden, swimming pool and parking. Our apartment was actually two connected double rooms with a small kitchenette with the convenience of two bathrooms. Large patio with chairs and table. Dog friendly! The staff is extremely kind and helpful - just ask Ana for anything! The garden keeper helped me buy and change my dead car battery. Do not forget to visit the Oregano restaurant, run by the property.

It was on the midle of the island, the house was a completely separate one, stand-alone house with two big rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The garden was awesome, so large to run back and force in the evening with the dogs. The host was very friendly and helpful, always there in case of questions, request.

We stayed in Villa B with two suites at Skiathea Villas and had a wonderful time (me and my husband shared one suite, our teenage kids the other). We are always looking for sea views when booking our accomodation and the one at Skiathea Villas was really breathtaking! The villa is situated on a small hill which gives you a fantastic view of the sea as well as beautiful green and soft mountains wherever you look - while taking a swim in the nice pool, sitting on a comfortable sunchair or taking a walk in the beautiful surroundings behind the villa. So nice and relaxing! Loved the style and design of the villa with all its small and charming details. The outside dining area (with ceiling and well-needed shadow) between the two suites was just perfect for unforgettable morning coffees, dinners and spending time together. The suites were cleaned every day. Plenty of beaches nearby, best to reach by car (renting a car is recommended). Philippos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly right from the start, easy to communicate with and always willing to help us with whatever requests we had. Thank you Philippos for everything! We would like to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A charming villa situated in the Agia Paraskevi region of Skiathos, which is approximately 15 mins drive west of the old town or 30 mins by municipal bus . The accommodation is privately owned and maintained by a local family who genuinely care about ensuring you have the best holiday experience. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, the outside pool area is glorious, and privacy is ensured with no overlooking properties adjacent . The garden furniture and sun loungers were extremely comfortable . Despite the semi-rural location there is a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa and gardens, and a smart tv is installed which enables guests to log into their own Netflix/ Prime accounts. The villa was cleaned weekly with advance notice given, where clean towels were provided and bathroom supplies replenished . The kitchen area was modern and well equipped for cooking, with a good selection of utensils available . Villa Platanias is located a 10 to 15 min walk from the well maintained beach at Paraskevi and there are several decent restaurants and tavernas within this locality and a small supermarket . From Paraskevi you can also catch a bus to Koukounaries beach or into the old Town and port . If you wanted to explore the North of the island though, we would recommend you hire a Jimny 4x4 jeep or similar. We had a most fabulously relaxing 2 weeks here , made even more memorable by the welcoming and accommodating nature of the hosts . They even negotiated a reduced rate for us on the boat we hired for a day to sail around the island .
