Perfectly located and appointed apartment, sparkling clean, very well equipped, very comfortable bed, quiet despite fairly busy location, convenient free parking nearby, 10-minute ride from the Basel/Mulhouse Airport - all was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer and will try to stay at Comfort Stay Basel next time we're in the area. But the real 'cherry on this cake' is Betty, our utterly charming, cheerful, helpful and attentive host. We were stunned to see Betty in the wee hours of the morning of our departure giving a ride to the airport to some of her guests. Communication with Betty was perfect, she replied to any and all of our queries in a matter of minutes. We will definitely recommend Comfort Basel for others. Thank you so much, Betty for your hospitabiity and kindness.

The bed was comfortable plenty of space within the apartment.We would definitely return here.

Hotel is in such a convenient location for Saint Louis train station with easy connections to Basel Mulhouse Airport and to central Basel. Small rooms but comfortable and enjoyed being on the ground floor as we had luggage and there is no elevator.AndrewFamily with young children
