I would certainly recommend this apartment as you'll be out of noisy touristic area and still within 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Everything was so easy. We picked up a car in Lille, drove 3 hours, parked in the underground car park with a pedestrian exit (“rue de l’hopital”) right opposite the building’s front door. Dominique had sent me the code the day before to pick up the keys. Up the stairs and we were in. A lovely haven above the crowds of a thriving old town. The shower is a gorgeous grotto with lots of hot water!

One of the nicer designed apartments we stayed in Europe. The host was also very kind. We asked for early check-in and the host allowed when it was possible. Really grateful for that, else we had to deposit our luggage somewhere else.

Bed spotlessly clean so too the shower. Staff fantastic, helpful and caring. Car parking relatively cheap for an overnight stay. Reception staff excellent.

I booked a standard twin room and on arrival was offered a free upgrade to a superior twin room by a lovely lady on reception. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for walking around Rouen. We were travelling on motorbikes but the hotel has a very secure gated carpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet outlook at the top and back of a house divided into flats. Wifi, hot water and heating all worked well. Kitchen area quite well equipped with corkscrew, coffee maker, cutlery, though no breadknife. Very inexpensive.

When I complained about this, the staff was super helpful and immediately found us a much bigger and better room, so our stay became comfortable. This was very nice, and we did’n’t have to pay any supplement. The hotel is clean and hospitable, breakfast is inexpensive and very good, and the presence of a cheap closed parking a plus. When the pay machine once didn’nt function, the hotel paid our parking.
