Breakfast was nicely prepared continental breakfast and plenty of it. The property was easy to find with sat nav. Lovely couple running the property which is there own home. A great restaurant 5 minutes walk away and the main town centre is also nearby plus a British type pub. Ample space in the bedroom and adjoining bathroom etc will definitely be going back and would probably stay more than one night. Good secure car parking.

The apartment is situated in a rather plain block of flats, not very visually appealing from the outside - but once I had retrieved the keys from the lock-boxes and entered, I was knocked out. Beautifully appointed and very well and thoughtfully equipped. Very comfortable, and the little balcony is a bonus. Plus it's quiet. Nice to have a designated parking bay outside as well. Évreux isn't the most inspiring French city, but it's a really handy location as a final overnight on the long drive back to UK from Andalucía, being only 3.5 hours from Calais/Eurotunnel.

    Very clean, very nice staff and in a very convenient location on a business/retail park on the edge of town. Has a secure and well lit car park. Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean and had hard flooring so no nasty or sticky carpets.     Reception and checking in good, room very clean and quiet despite a wedding reception party. Pleasantly surprised great value. Very secure parking deal overnight stop close to N154. Highly recommend for overnight stay.

    our room was changed to one on the ground floor to accommodate a disability, cheerfully and with no fuss. location-easy to find and directly on our way south.good breakfast. altogether, an inexpensive overnight stop.

    The hotel was easy to find in a good location and with a great Courtepaille restaurant very close by. It was good value for money and spotlessly clean and the room size was adequate for an overnight stay with all the facilities we needed. The guy on reception Richo was very welcoming polite and helpful. They met all our requests for a ground floor room overlooking the car park. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.
