I liked absolutely everything! The hotel is located on the Mediterranean coast, about 2 hours north of Barcelona. The landscape is breathtaking! The buildings and facilities are very well adapted to the environment and most rooms have a marvelous view. The staff is extremely friendly and service-oriented. We were always greeted with a smile and even our special request were carried out immediately. There is even a miniature private beach to be used by hotel guests! And the food is very well-prepared and quite varied.

It was a big ask to satisfy us after five weeks at some excellent hotels and private homes in Spain and Portugal, especially as we were joined by our daughter's young family at Aqua Blava. One could say the property is not ideal for very young children with lots of levels and steps but the playground and pool area, plus the brilliant wee beach below rooms 53 and 54, were excellent.
